Summary of the Proposal
This TEMP CHECK aims to gather community sentiment regarding the integration of Robinhood Chain and Arc into BIM Exchange.
Both networks represent a new generation of blockchain infrastructure focused on connecting traditional finance, tokenized assets, stablecoins and decentralized finance.
The proposed integration would include:
Buy
Sell
Swap
Bridge
Native liquidity aggregation
Staking / Yield when relevant opportunities are available
Lending when relevant protocols and liquidity become available
If the community shows strong support, a formal DAO governance proposal (BIP) will be submitted for Snapshot vote.
Context
BIM Exchange continues its strategy of becoming:
The OnlyOne DeFi Platform
and an Aggregator of Aggregators across the most relevant blockchain ecosystems.
Robinhood Chain and Arc represent two particularly strategic ecosystems because both aim to bring traditional financial markets and blockchain infrastructure closer together.
While their approaches are different, they share several important characteristics:
- Institutional-grade infrastructure
- EVM compatibility
- Real World Assets
- Stablecoins
- Tokenized financial assets
- DeFi applications
- Cross-chain interoperability
- Institutional adoption
Integrating both networks would position BIM Exchange early within two major emerging financial blockchain ecosystems.
Robinhood Chain
Robinhood Chain is a permissionless Ethereum Layer 2 built on Arbitrum and designed for financial services, tokenized assets and Real World Assets.
The network is already live and EVM-compatible.
Robinhood’s strategy is to progressively connect traditional financial markets with blockchain infrastructure, including tokenized financial assets and DeFi applications.
The ecosystem already includes infrastructure across areas such as:
- DEX liquidity
- Lending
- Oracles
- Bridges
- Wallet infrastructure
- Institutional custody
- Blockchain analytics
For BIM Exchange, Robinhood Chain represents an opportunity to gain exposure to an ecosystem positioned directly between TradFi, RWAs and DeFi.
Arc
Arc is an open Layer 1 blockchain developed by Circle and purpose-built for financial markets, stablecoins and real-time global money movement.
Its public mainnet launched on September 16, 2026.
Arc launches with more than 100 institutional and ecosystem builders and is designed around financial applications including:
- Stablecoin payments
- Foreign exchange
- Lending
- Tokenized assets
- Capital markets
- Global settlement
- Institutional DeFi
The network is deeply connected to Circle’s infrastructure and the USDC ecosystem.
Arc therefore represents a major strategic opportunity for BIM Exchange to gain exposure to a blockchain designed specifically around onchain finance and stablecoin liquidity.
Proposed BIM Exchange Integration
Buy
Enable users to purchase supported assets on both:
- Robinhood Chain
- Arc
through BIM Exchange’s Buy infrastructure and compatible fiat providers.
This creates a direct fiat-to-onchain entry point into both ecosystems.
Sell
Enable users to sell supported assets from Robinhood Chain and Arc through BIM Exchange.
This provides users with a complete entry and exit infrastructure directly from BIM.
Swap
Integrate liquidity sources from both ecosystems into BIM Exchange’s aggregation engine.
BIM would aggregate available DEX and liquidity infrastructure to provide users with optimized swap routes.
The objective is to progressively position BIM Exchange as a major independent liquidity aggregator on both networks.
Bridge
Enable cross-chain transfers between:
Robinhood Chain ↔ Arc ↔ BIM-supported blockchains
BIM would integrate compatible bridge providers and aggregation infrastructure to allow users to move liquidity between these ecosystems directly through BIM Exchange.
This would strengthen BIM’s role as a multi-chain liquidity gateway.
Future Staking & Yield Integration
As both ecosystems develop, BIM Exchange would integrate relevant staking or yield opportunities when available and technically appropriate.
Potential opportunities would be evaluated according to:
- Available liquidity
- Protocol maturity
- Smart contract security
- Yield sustainability
- Integration requirements
Future Lending Integration
BIM Exchange would also integrate lending and borrowing opportunities when sufficiently mature protocols become available.
The objective is to progressively allow BIM users to access:
Buy → Sell → Swap → Bridge → Yield → Lending
from a single interface.
Lending integrations would remain subject to technical, liquidity and security assessments before deployment.
Strategic Vision
This proposal is not simply about adding two additional networks.
Robinhood Chain and Arc represent the convergence of:
TradFi + Stablecoins + RWAs + DeFi
This aligns directly with BIM Exchange’s long-term objective of becoming a unified access layer for decentralized financial services.
BIM Exchange aims to become:
The OnlyOne DeFi Platform
and an:
Aggregator of Aggregators
for:
- Buy
- Sell
- Swap
- Bridge
- Staking / Yield
- Lending
Potential Benefits for BIM DAO
Integrating both ecosystems could provide:
- New transaction volumes
- Additional Swap activity
- Additional Bridge activity
- Increased Buy and Sell flows
- Future Lending and Yield revenues
- Additional recurring revenues for the BIM DAO
- Exposure to stablecoin liquidity
- Exposure to tokenized financial assets
- Exposure to Real World Assets
- Increased BIM Exchange visibility
- Access to new institutional and retail ecosystems
- Further diversification of BIM’s supported blockchain infrastructure
Every additional transaction routed through BIM Exchange creates an opportunity to increase protocol activity and DAO revenue.
Why Integrate Both Networks Now?
Robinhood Chain is already live.
Arc launched its public mainnet on September 16, 2026.
Integrating these networks during their early development phase provides BIM with an opportunity to establish its infrastructure before their DeFi ecosystems reach greater maturity.
Rather than waiting for these ecosystems to become established, BIM’s strategy is to position itself early as an independent aggregation and access layer.
Risks & Considerations
The integration of emerging networks introduces several risks:
- Early-stage ecosystem liquidity
- Smart contract risks
- Bridge security risks
- Dependency on third-party infrastructure
- Liquidity fragmentation
- Technical maintenance requirements
- Lending protocol risks
- Yield sustainability risks
BIM Labs will conduct technical and security assessments before activating individual integrations.
Staking, Yield and Lending products would only be integrated when relevant infrastructure reaches sufficient maturity.
Question to the Community
Would you support integrating both Robinhood Chain and Arc into BIM Exchange for Buy, Sell, Swap, Bridge and liquidity aggregation, with Staking/Yield and Lending progressively added as relevant opportunities become available?
Next Steps
If community sentiment is positive:
- A formal BIP will be submitted for Snapshot vote
- Robinhood Chain and Arc liquidity sources will be evaluated
- Swap aggregation routes will be integrated
- Bridge infrastructure will be selected
- Buy and Sell providers will be activated where supported
- Technical and security validation will be completed
- Staking/Yield and Lending opportunities will be progressively evaluated
Discussion
We encourage all BIM community members to share their feedback, questions and concerns before this proposal moves to a formal DAO governance vote.
The objective is clear:
Position BIM Exchange early within two of the emerging blockchain ecosystems connecting traditional finance, stablecoins, RWAs and DeFi.
