BIM Exchange — Q2 2026 Report: Stellar Integration, Revenue Growth and Buyback Acceleration

We are publishing the BIM Exchange Q2 2026 report, covering a particularly important quarter for the protocol.

The main milestone of the quarter was the full integration of the Stellar ecosystem, a major development that was not initially planned at this scale in the roadmap. This acceleration was made possible with the support of the Stellar Foundation, opening a new strategic growth axis for BIM Exchange in 2026.

This integration required significant technical work, including several key Stellar components: Stellar Wallet Kit, DeFindex, Rozo, Quickex on Stellar, and Soroswap. Early signals are encouraging: based on initial DeFiLlama observations, BIM Exchange is already appearing among visible Stellar protocols, regularly ranking between 3rd and 5th by fees, with a notable presence in revenue rankings as well.

Beyond Stellar, Q2 also included several strategic integrations, including N Exchange, Bungee, and Exolix, improving swap, bridge, and liquidity routing capabilities across multiple environments, including EVM, non-EVM, and Solana.

Q1 → Q2 Key Metrics

The protocol showed strong progress across several core indicators:

  • TVL: $160K → $234K, up 46.3%
  • Bridge Aggregator Volume: $2.1M → $2.4M, up 14.3%
  • DEX Aggregator Volume: $1.5M → $1.33M, down 11.3%
  • Onchain Revenue: $4K → $5K, up 25.01%
  • Total Buyback: 12,621 BIM → 35,534 BIM, up 181.5%
  • Buyback / Total Supply: 0.04% → 0.12%, or 3x

These figures show stronger capital capture and improved monetization efficiency. Even with a temporary decline in DEX Aggregator volume, onchain revenue increased, confirming that the protocol generated more revenue overall.

Treasury

Treasury value decreased from $32.5M in Q1 to $28.2M in Q2, mainly due to BIM price variation rather than a reduction in BIM holdings. The BIM balance remained almost stable at around 24.95M BIM, while non-BIM reserves increased by 61.4%, from $19.1K to $30.9K, strengthening treasury diversification through stablecoins and ETH-correlated assets.

Roadmap

The technical roadmap remains focused on infrastructure scaling, integrations, and the launch of BIM Lending. The next priorities are:

  • Q3 2026: staking and liquidity expansion, token listing expansion, integration docs, API beta, staking V2 CLM
  • Q4 2026: launch of BIM Lending V1

Q2 confirms one thing: BIM Exchange continues to build, even when priorities evolve. The Stellar integration, new liquidity providers, internal infrastructure improvements, and buyback acceleration all strengthen the protocol’s foundations for the second half of the year.

Thank you to the team, contributors, partners, and community for their continued commitment.

Solid Q2 overall.
The Stellar integration stands out as a strategic milestone that expanded the protocol’s roadmap, while the growth in TVL, onchain revenue and accelerated buybacks points to improving protocol efficiency. Coupled with new infrastructure and liquidity integrations, it feels like a strong foundation for what’s ahead.
